Cloud Tier Proxy: A lightweight agent that runs on each server and communicates with the Cloud Tier storage pool to manage backup and replication operations.

Cloud Tier Gateway: A component that manages communication between the Cloud Tier proxy and the cloud storage platform, providing secure and efficient data transfer.
