As promised, here is the new blog post based on the information provided:
VMware has made several exciting announcements during VMworld, and as a fan of all things virtualization, I wanted to share some of the highlights with you. Keep reading for a quick rundown of the new vRealize Cloud Universal offering, vRealize AI, vRealize Operations Cloud 8.2, Automation Cloud 8.2, and Log Insight Cloud 8.2, as well as the latest release of vRealize Network Insight 6.0.
First up, VMware has introduced a new hybrid subscription offering called vRealize Cloud Universal. This flexible subscription allows customers to consume both on-premise and SaaS vRealize Suite products and services using a single license. This means that workloads can be moved between on-premise and SaaS offerings without the need for additional licenses, providing greater freedom and flexibility for IT teams. Additionally, this offering provides access to Cloud Federated Analytics and Cloud Federated Catalog capabilities. You can learn more about vRealize Cloud Universal here.
Next, VMware has announced vRealize AI, a new offering that will focus on vSAN in its first release but is expected to expand to the rest of the infrastructure in the future. vRealize AI will be a part of vRealize Operations Cloud and uses machine learning to provide greater insights and automation for IT teams. You can read more about vRealize AI here (scroll down a bit).
VMware has also released vRealize Operations Cloud 8.2, Automation Cloud 8.2, and Log Insight Cloud 8.2. These releases bring new features and capabilities to the vRealize Suite, including improved network visibility and security, automated workflows, and enhanced log analysis. You can learn more about these releases here.
Finally, VMware has announced the latest release of vRealize Network Insight 6.0. This release continues to deliver end-to-end network, application, and security visibility across virtual and physical networks. New integrations with NSX, SD-WAN, Cloud on AWS, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Kubernetes environments make it easier for IT teams to manage their complex network landscapes.
