But why is vulnerability so important? And how can we cultivate it in our own lives? 🤔 Well, let me tell you – it all starts with self-awareness. We need to be aware of our own thoughts, emotions, and patterns in order to understand where we’re coming from and how we show up in the world. This is not always easy, but it’s essential if we want to live a life that’s authentic and meaningful. 🔥
Once we have a better understanding of ourselves, we can start to explore our vulnerabilities.
