Tech Field Day #6: A Journey to Boston and a Chance to Learn from the Best
As I sat at my desk, staring at the email that had just popped up on my screen, I couldn’t believe what I was reading. An invitation to attend Tech Field Day #6 in Boston as a delegate? Me? Out of all the amazing technologists out there, why would they choose me? But as I scrolled through the list of other delegates, I realized that this was an opportunity of a lifetime.
I have always been passionate about technology and innovation, and being surrounded by some of the brightest minds in the industry was too good to pass up. My employer (and wife) were understanding and gave me the green light to take a few days off work, so I eagerly accepted the invitation.
The list of delegates included some big names in the tech world, and I felt honored to be among them. As I scanned the list, I noticed that there was a good chance we would be able to do some vSoup Live action while in Boston! The excitement was building up inside me, and I couldn’t wait to see what this event had in store for us.
Tech Field Day #6 was being hosted by Gestalt IT, a community that is known for its expertise in virtualization and cloud computing. The event would feature presentations from some of the leading companies in the tech industry, including VMware, Nutanix, and Pivotal. As a delegate, I would have the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback, and learn from the experts.
The vSoup Podcast and Tech Field Day 6 by Christopher Wells were just a few of the many highlights of this event. The podcast would feature interviews with the speakers and delegates, providing an inside look at the latest trends and technologies in the tech world. And the Tech Field Day itself would be a unique opportunity to learn from the best and network with other professionals in the industry.
As I prepared for my trip to Boston, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I knew that this event would be an experience like no other, and I was eager to soak up as much knowledge as possible. The chance to learn from the best and share my own insights with others was a dream come true.
The day of the event arrived, and I was filled with anticipation. As I arrived at the venue, I was greeted by the friendly Gestalt IT community and other delegates. The energy in the room was electric, and it was clear that everyone was eager to learn and network.
Over the course of the day, we heard presentations from some of the leading companies in the tech industry. The topics ranged from virtualization and cloud computing to DevOps and security. As a delegate, I had the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback, and engage in discussions with the speakers and other delegates.
One of the highlights of the event was the vSoup Live action, which featured interviews with the speakers and delegates. It was a unique opportunity to hear from the experts and learn about their experiences in the tech world. The vSoup Podcast would be available after the event, providing an inside look at the latest trends and technologies in the tech world.
As the day drew to a close, I reflected on all that I had learned. Tech Field Day #6 was an experience unlike any other, and I was grateful for the opportunity to learn from the best and network with other professionals in the industry. The chance to be surrounded by so much knowledge and expertise was invaluable, and I knew that this event would have a lasting impact on my career.
As I boarded the plane back home, I felt inspired and motivated to continue growing and learning as a technologist. Tech Field Day #6 had been an incredible journey, and I knew that I would always cherish the memories of this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
