Tech Field Day #6: A Journey to Boston and Beyond
A few months ago, I received an email that would change my life forever. It was an invitation to attend Tech Field Day #6 in Boston, Massachusetts, as a delegate. I was both surprised and honored by the invitation, and I couldn’t wait to embark on this exciting journey.
The road to Boston was paved with the support of my understanding employer and wife, who gave me the green light to take a few days off work to attend the event. As I scrolled through the delegate list, I was amazed by the quality of the company I would be keeping. The list included some of the brightest minds in the tech industry, and I knew that I was in for a treat.
The event itself was a whirlwind of activity, with presentations from some of the leading companies in the technology space. I had the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge technologies, network with industry experts, and even do some “vSoup Live” action (more on that later).
One of the highlights of the event was the opportunity to meet Stephen Foskett, the mastermind behind Gestalt IT and the Tech Field Day series. Stephen is a true visionary in the tech industry, and it was an honor to meet him in person. I also had the chance to connect with other delegates, including Christopher Wells from vNinja.net, who shared his experiences from previous Tech Field Day events.
