100 Days of Fitness and Writing: A Journey to a Healthier and More Productive New Year
As we welcome the last quarter of 2020, many of us are looking ahead to the new year with a mix of excitement and apprehension. The past twelve months have been challenging for everyone, and it’s natural to feel a sense of uncertainty about what the future holds. However, instead of waiting until January 1st to start making positive changes in our lives, we’ve decided to take action now.
Starting today, we’re embarking on a 100-day journey of physical fitness and creative writing. The goal is simple: do one sit-up and one push-up every day, incrementing the number as we go along. It may sound easy, but the truth is that it won’t be. We all know how difficult it can be to maintain consistency and motivation when it comes to exercise and writing, especially when life gets in the way.
However, we’re not doing this alone. We have a great community of like-minded individuals who are here to support and encourage us every step of the way. We’ll be sharing our progress, experiences, and tips with each other, and we invite you to join us on this journey. Our ultimate goal is not just to complete these 100 days but to create a habit of physical fitness and creative writing that we can carry into the new year and beyond. We believe that by setting aside just a few minutes each day for self-improvement, we can become healthier, more productive, and more fulfilled individuals.
